Courtside OS is a service of Heat Vision Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect on gocourtsideos.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out our form, we collect your name, company, email, mobile number, rough annual quote volume, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. We also record the page you were on and the time you submitted.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and prepare your walkthrough, answer your questions, provide support, and, only if you agreed, send you text messages. We store it in our customer management system so our team can follow up.
Text messages (SMS)
Text messages are sent only to people who checked a consent box on our form. There are two separate boxes: one for service messages (your walkthrough, account, and support) and one for marketing messages (product updates and offers). Neither box is required to submit the form or to buy.
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Courtside OS, such as our CRM, email, and texting providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking
Our site may use cookies and similar tools, such as basic analytics, to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not use cookies to collect your mobile number or text consent.
How we protect it
We keep your information in secure, access-controlled systems run by our service providers. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only people who need it to serve you can see it. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
